Frequently Asked Questions

What do you sell?

We’re hired to give businesses a distinctive, enduring web presence — one that differentiates from the competition and brings clients closer to their goals. We also help clients increase their profits through better attraction and retention of their ideal customers.

An attractive website is an investment that when combined with a great product or service will pay off year after year.

Specific items include websites, logos (wordmarks and symbols), stationery, onpage search engine optimization, image/video/audio processing and image retouching.

How much do you charge?

Pricing varies depending on what’s needed exactly and by when. We’re happy to send a quote when we know specifics of the project, you can send us some initial answers to get things started using this form.

How long do projects last?

The majority of time frames range from three weeks to two months, but it’s sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on the work required.

What does the process involve?

There are a number of steps: defining the website goals and design brief, research, brainstorming, web development, presenting, refining. It’s a fairly standard format, but there’s no restriction on creativity.

What role do clients play?

Those who hire us are crucial in deciding what direction their websites will take. We’ll come up with a variety of appropriate ideas, narrow them down to the strongest options, then ask for feedback in accordance with the design brief. This leads to the preparation of an online presentation showing the most distinctive design(s).

All good design is created through relationships based on trust and collaboration.

Will it affect the project if we’re in different countries?

Working across borders has never been a hindrance. As much as we enjoy meeting face to face, we’ve found that talking on the phone, through video calls, and exchanging emails can save everyone a lot of time that would otherwise be spent travelling to and from meetings.

For anything else

with specific questions or if anything is unclear. We’ll be more than happy to help.
